Qualifications
I have a background in traditional art, and have produced work for print, web applications, video production, and the game industry.
I have an AAS in Computing Technologies with a concentration in computer animation, as well as a certificate in computer animation.
I am competent in Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Lightwave, Maya, and all Microsoft Office products.
I have experience with PCs and Macs, Active Directory, TCP/IP, wireless and wired networks, VoIP, Seimens phone systems, and PC hardware.
Work History
2006-2007 Gossamer Wings , ( Graphic Artist, Photographer )
Set up lighting and photographed and scanned all new garments and accessories. Converted images to digital formats. Designed and created brochures, posters, postcards, business cards, animations and advertisements in both digital and published formats. Created and maintained a searchable database of all photos, scans, logos and ads.
2004-2006 Tier 3 Support , ( IT Technician, Allume/IMSI Team Lead, and Sharp Team Lead )
Created and administrated all new accounts for employees in all systems (Windows, Seimens, IM, VoIP), set up client lines, messaging and routing in Siemens phone system, liaison to Allume/IMSI contacts, liaison to Sharp Copiers for level 1 support of field tech agents. Provided support and troubleshooting for PC and Mac software and hardware and wired and wireless internet connections.
